Sorghum & Millet
We work with multiple seed suppliers to lock in the lowest price possible on your seed for the season.
We take early book orders on sorghum and millet each year. If you know how much seed you are going to need just call us and we will put your name on the list to lock in your total pounds at our best price. No pre-pay necessary. All we ask is that if your plans changes and you no longer need the seed-we need to know as soon as possible.
SMall Grains
Dakota Grain & Livestock Supply carries some bulk supply of some small grains seed. We typically carry oats, forage oats, forage barley and rye.
We have the ability to get other small grain seeds, but we do not typically stock them. If there is something specific you are looking for-- we will price it amongst all of our distributors to get you the best price possible.
Alfalfa
Our most popular alfalfa seed is Vernal, which we always stock. However, there is new technology and hybrids in the alfalfa world. If you are thinking about planting alfalfa lets visit about what traits are important to you! You may find that one of the newer varieties will best fit your needs.

We carry a limited supply of some of our most popular cover crops.
Almost all cover crops, specialty legumes, grass seed, CRP mixes, wildlife blends, and custom mixes are special order only. Call us to get a quote on your seed needs!
